The different trains
DB Bahn’s first ICE made its debut in 1991 and today there are 5 varieties. ICE 1,2,3,T, and Sprinter. Each operates between several major cities including international destinations in Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Paper tickets - How to use your tickets:

As soon as your booking have been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email including a FedEx tracking number (12 digits) and a PNR number (reservation code).

How to check your shipping status:

Proceed to the FedEx webpage (www.fedex.com) with your tracking number

  • Selected the country you from your shipping address.
  • Copy and paste your tracking number in the box "Track a Shipment".
  • Click in TRACK.
  • The next page will show all details about your package including the ETA
  • Please make sure there wil be someone at home to receive the package.
  • Delivery security: FedEx is one of the most secure couriers on the world. Products will be delivered exactly as requested, at the address listed. So it is important to make sure you have selected a secure delivery address. Our responsability at the package ends when FedEx delivery it. If you lost the package after that, if someone else receive the package for you and loose it or anything like it, it is completely out of our responsability. Railpasses or tickets that offer refund options CANNOT be refunded at all if they are lost and are not returned to our office.

Important: Arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time.

Please, keep in mind that you must have the printed tickets sent to you in hands to use them. You cannot travel without the printed tickets in hands.

b) Promotional Fare (when available): Not refundable. Not Exchangeable.
c) Adult Full Fares and Children Fares: Children fare are valid for people under 12 years old. Children under 4 years old travel free. Full fares are 80% refundable up to 2 business days before the travel date. Printed tickets must be returned to our office and arrive at least 2 business days before the departure date and time. *Exchangeable at train station (subject to availability).
d) Seat Reservations, Passholder fare: Requires a valid rail pass. We only can book it for travelers who have purchased their rail passes through our company. No refundable. No exchangeable.
e) All tickets are subject to availability and confirmation. Tickets have a variable horizon for booking, normally 60 to 90 days within trip date. A booking confirmation will be sent as soon as the booking have been processed and confirmed.
f) All fares are per person in US Dollars, subject to to change before the booking processing
g) Physical Tickets (Paper tickets): They are sent by FedEx, with the selected shipping option, to the shipping address provided by the costumer when placing an order.
i) Handling fee: all bookings are subject to US$ 8 handling fee

  • Amsterdam

    Amsterdam Centraal station is the largest railway station of Amsterdam, Netherlands, and a major national railway hub. Used by 260,000 passengers a day, it is the second-busiest railway station in the country after Utrecht Centraal and the most visited national heritage site of the Netherlands.

    National and international railway services at Amsterdam Centraal are provided by NS (the principal rail operator in the Netherlands), BD Bahn (connecting Germany) and Thalys (connecting France, Belgium and Germany). Amsterdam Centraal is the northern terminus of Amsterdam Metro Routes 51, 53, and 54, operated by municipal public transport operator GVB.     Schiphol Airport station is a major passenger railway station in Haarlemmermeer, Netherlands. It is located directly beneath the terminal complex of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and is operated by the Nederlandse Spoorwegen. The station's six platforms are accessible via twelve escalators and three elevators located in the main concourse of the airport (Schiphol Plaza). It connects the airport to Amsterdam and to various others cities in the Netherlands, as well as to Belgium and France by Thalys.

    For the greater comfort of disabled passengers Thalys offer some specific advantages: assistance in the station, a personalised welcome on board the train and the hire of specially adapted vehicles with Europcar.

    • In Belgium - Tel. +32 (0)2 528 28 28 every day from 7 am to 9:30 pm or through SNCB Europe's online request form for assistance (free Service). Assistance can be requested as soon as your Thalys journey is reserved and at the latest 24 hours before departure.

    • In Great Britain - No pre-booking possible so please arrive at check-in 60 minutes before departure and speak to a member of the staff who will assist you.

    ICE - DB Bahn Assistance
    Passengers with reduced mobility can now order Deutsche Bahn's Mobility Service even more easily. Whoever needs assistance with boarding, alighting or changing trains during their journey - for example a wheelchair platform lift - can do so conveniently with immediate effect on the Internet as well.

    The local service staff will be pleased to assist you when boarding, alighting or changing trains. Owing to the short stopping times however, they are unable to accompany you to your seat.

    To order, please fill out the form by clicking on the link Special Form and send it to us by 20:00 (MET) one working day before your departure at the latest.

    Will be required your coach and seat number on long-distance trains so that we can make sure you receive the assistance you require. On local trains, please indicate where you will be sitting instead of the reservation - e.g. 1st coach/front of train.

    • In stations: staff members greet you and keep you informed during delays. If problems continue, they provide simple boxed meals.
    • On board trains: the conductor arranges for onboard staff to assist you.

    If your train arrives in Paris after metro and RER lines have shut down for the night, you’ll be transported safely to your home under a special agreement between the city and Paris taxi companies.

    Accès Plus, Accès TER and Accès Plus Transilien services provide special assistance to travellers with disabilities or limited mobility. Available in nearly 360 stations throughout the French rail network, in five regions and in 51 stations in the Paris region, these services cost absolutely nothing.     And then? Relax!

    • On your day of departure, go to the station 30 minutes before your train is scheduled to leave. An SNCF staff member will accompany you to the train, carry your luggage (up to 15 kilos) and get you settled on board.
    • When you reach your destination, an SNCF staff member will meet you and take you to your meeting point in the station. If you’re changing trains, he'll help you board your new train.
    • For travel between Lille, Lyon and Rennes, our Accès Synchro pilot program can assist you from your home to your destination
