Eurostar Services

No train (and few other ways of carriers) can reach the standard of the Eurostar in quality services. Eurostar provides everything that necessary to transform your trip, comfortable and relaxant.

Each train has 15 attendants, recognized for the Eurostar uniforms and especially had been trained for providing the best services.

Three types of wagons is available: First Premium, First Class, and Standard.

Eurostar Seat Plan (1030 Kb)

First class includes:

• Spacious armchair and you reclined
• Daily periodicals
• Foods served in armchair.

Standard class includes:

• A bar/restaurant wagon
• Special areas for children/youths.

Note: from September,1st 2005 no more First Class Premium is available.

The bar/restaurant wagon has varies of options of drinks, public snacks and meals and 4 telephones.

All Eurostar trains are endowed with areas for people who travel in chairs of wheels, as well as bathrooms special. The Terminals are equipped of elevators and ways of movement.

To assure total comfort and security in your trip, all the passengers of the Eurostar must follow the embark procedure you make check-in through automated gates if   magnetic tickets. You followed then for the area of  security control and visa before embarking and enjoying of your trip with specified and assured seat.

The service, the train, the convenient pass for the Channel Tunnel, schedules and special fares to you enjoy  the fabulous experience in the Eurostar. you can't lose!

Boarding Eurostar

• Passengers must check-in at least 20 minutes before the departure of the train of may not be allowed to board Eurostar.
• Passengers are responsible for all immigration documentation (identity card, valid passport, visa if necessary) to permit entry into the destination country.
• All luggage is subject to a security check.
• Compulsory reservation (include) guarantees easy access to your car and seat.
