1. Double Cabin 1st class:
   Each car features one shared wash cabin and a toilet.
   Welcome drink, coffee/croissant in the morning.
   One attendant per car, Night arrangement of the cabin by an attendant upon request, wake-up service.
2. Comfort T4 Cabins:
   Each car has a wash cabin and a toilet on both ends.
   Coffee/croissant in the morning.
   One attendant per two cars.
3. Passholder fares:
   Eurailpass, Eurail Select (incl. France and Italy), France'n Italy pass.
4. Exchange policy:
   Up to 7 days before trip date, tickets must be returned to the office where it was first issued and new ticket will be issued.
   There is a US$ 15 handling fee.
5. Refund policy:
   Refundable up to 3 days before departure date. Tickets must be returned to the office where it was first issued.
   There is a US$ 15 handling fee.
6. Handling fee:
   There is a US$ 15 handling fee for all order (Total) under US$ 350.

Shipping Information
Euro Railways ships sometimes in less than 24 hours!  We delivery Worldwide using FedEx services. They don't deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses; please remember to include a street address on your order.  Delivery time depends on shipping address. It takes 1-4 working days. Orders shipped to an address different from the billing address will be delayed for verification (usually one extra day).

• US/Canada - FedEx Priority (next day- afternoon): US$ 18
• FedEx Overnight Priority (next day-up morning): US$ 25
• FedEx International (see note below): US$ 29*

2) All order (Total) less than US$ 350 have a handling fee US$ 15.
