1. * Special Promotion Fare:
   Fares are subject to availability and must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Non refundable.
2. Gran Class Cabins:
   Private cabins, single or double beds, with toilet, basin and shower.
   Breakfast and dinner are served at restaurant (included on the price).
3. First Class Cabins:
   Private cabins, single or double beds , washbasin. No shower.
4. Tourist T4 Cabins:
   Cabin for 4 persons. If no full cabin, travelers are separated by gender.
5. Peak Day Surcharge:
   The Elipsos fares are subject to peak day surcharge (around 25%) on dates close of holidays.
6. Passholder fares:
   Eurailpass, Eurail Select (incl. France and Spain), France'n Spain pass, Spain Flexipass,  Eurailticket (covering whole route) holders.
7. Exchange policy:
   Up to 7 days before trip date, tickets must be returned to the office where it was first issued and new ticket will be issued.
   There is a US$ 15 handling fee.
8. Refund policy:
   Refundable up to 3 days before departure date. Tickets must be returned to the office where it was first issued.
   There is a US$ 15 handling fee.
9. Handling fee:
   There is a US$ 15 handling fee for all order (Total) under US$ 350.
10. Fares are in currency indicated (US$) and are subject to change.

Shipping Information
Euro Railways ships sometimes in less than 24 hours!  We delivery Worldwide using FedEx services. They don't deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses; please remember to include a street address on your order.  Delivery time depends on shipping address. It takes 1-4 working days. Orders shipped to an address different from the billing address will be delayed for verification (usually one extra day).
