Ticketless - How use your etickets:

As soon as your booking have been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation, including a PNR number (reservation code) by email.
On the train, show your Smartphone which displays the 2D barcode of your MobileTicket to the Train Manager who will scan it to validate your journey.
If you are unable to show your MobileTicket for inspection, show your printed confirmation email.

All tickets include the seat reservations.
Passengers are entirely responsible for their tickets.
All tickets are individually valid and transferable. As a consequence, if tickets are lost or stolen, Thalys International will be unable to reimburse, exchange or provide copies of these tickets.

a) Base (full fare): Refundable and exchangeable (subject to availability) before travel date. Refund and exchanges are subject to 15% penalty fee The train tickets include the seat reservations.
b) Promotional Fare / Low Cost Fare: Not Refundable. Exchangeable (subject to availability) before travel date. Exchanges are subject to 15% penalty fee.
c) Children Fare: Children fare are valid for persons under 15 years old with a individual seat. Children under 4 years old travel free, no individual seat.
d) All tickets are subject to confirmation. The tickets have a variable horizon for booking, normally 60 to 90 days within trip date. A booking confirmation will be sent as soon as the booking have been processed.
e) All fares are per person in US Dollars, subject to to change before the booking processing
f) E-tickets: A booking confirmation is sent by email with a specific code (PNR) You should print it or storage in a device and show it when required by train's controller.
g)We are not responsible if you are not able to print or retrieve the eticket in mobile device.
h) Handling fee: all bookings are subject to US$ 8 handling fee

    Paris Gare du Nord: The Paris Nord Train Station was originally built in 1846. Shortly after, it was rebuilt three times larger due to increasing traffic. The new and improved station was fully functional by 1864. The name was decided with the notion that travelers would be able to travel to Belgium, Netherlands, Northern Germany and the Scandinavian countries. And of course that is just what happened, and with the ever-growing high-speed rail network, more and more destinations are reachable from the Gare du Nord.
