Standard Class (2nd class): A variety of food and drinks available from the on-board bar-buffet. Seamless check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Aisle seat and window seat next to each other.



Standard Premier Class (1st class): Extra spacious, comfortable seats. Complimentary newspapers and magazines on board. Before 11am, this includes breakfast pastries, yoghurt, juice and tea or coffee to get your day off to a fresh start.Throughout the rest of the day, you can enjoy a choice of two main dishes and dessert with soft drinks, wine or beer, plus tea or coffee. Ticketless - How use your etickets:

As soon as your booking have been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation, with all instructions for your retrieve your tickets.
IMPORTANT:
1) In order to board your Eurostar train, you will need a valid photo ID/Passport and your PNR (reservation code)
2) Please double check the train's stations names, trip date/time.

Eurostar Train Tickets - Fares Conditions:
Eurostar train tickets have ticketless (eticket) option and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The booking confirmation is sent by email. Include the seat reservations.
a. Flexi Fare: Exchangeable before the printed trip date. Not refundable.
b. Leisure Fare: Promotional fare available to all passengers. Not refundable. Not Exchangeable.
c. Promotional Roundtrip Fare:
Special Fare. Not exchangeable. Not refundable. Not valid for itinerary London/Disneyland Paris.
d. Passholder: Valid for passengers traveling with a validated Eurailpass, BritRail, Eurail Selectpass, Europass, France Railpass, France'n Benelux, France'n Italy, France'n Switzerland, German'n Benelux or Benelux Tourrail Pass.
No Refundable. Exchangeable at train station before departure date. e. Children: children fare are valid for children between 4 and 11 years old. Children under 4 years old travel free. No refundable.
Exchangeable at train station before departure date f) All tickets are subject to confirmation. The tickets have a variable horizon for booking, normally 60 to 120 days within trip date. A booking confirmation will be sent as soon as the booking have been processed.

    SNCF Assistance
    f you encounter service disruptions or major delays, SNCF Assistance canimprove your travel experience during peak periods. Our volunteer staff are attentive and service-oriented, with an added guarantee of assistance should you need it.

    • In stations: staff members greet you and keep you informed during delays. If problems continue, they provide simple boxed meals.
    • On board trains: the conductor arranges for onboard staff to assist you.

    If your train arrives in Paris after metro and RER lines have shut down for the night, you’ll be transported safely to your home under a special agreement between the city and Paris taxi companies. 

    Acessibility

    Accès Plus, Accès TER and Accès Plus Transilien services provide special assistance to travellers with disabilities or limited mobility. Available in nearly 360 stations throughout the French rail network, in five regions and in 51 stations in the Paris region, these services cost absolutely nothing. To take advantage of them, contact your Accès Plus adviser.

    And then? Relax!

    • On your day of departure, go to the station 30 minutes before your train is scheduled to leave. An SNCF staff member will accompany you to the train, carry your luggage (up to 15 kilos) and get you settled on board.
    • When you reach your destination, an SNCF staff member will meet you and take you to your meeting point in the station. If you’re changing trains, he'll help you board your new train.
    • For travel between Lille, Lyon and Rennes, our Accès Synchro pilot program can assist you from your home to your destination

    We’ll set up a ramp for you and one of our team will help you board the train and get you settled comfortably. It’s a good idea to arrive at the station at least 45 minutes before departure to give you plenty of time, and let a member of our team know you’d like a helping hand.

    If you have restricted mobility and need a little help walking but you’re not confined to a wheelchair, we’ll be happy to arrange assistance for you to get to the platform, on the train and off again at your destination. You don’t have to arrange this in advance. Just ask at Eurostar ticket desk when you arrive at the station – we’ll take care of everything for you.

    London St Pancras International Station: The station recently underwent some renovation, making it the  modern world class terminal for Eurostar and domestic rail services it is today. The station is quickly becoming a  destination in itself, providing excellent connections to the rest of London and the UK, as well as Europe's longest champagne bar. The entire area around St. Pancras is currently the focus of a vast regeneration program with new facilities, hotels and attractions being developed. One of the main advantages of the move is that, by using the new high-speed track, journey times between London and the Continent have been  reduced by  20 minutes. And as you know, when you're on vacation, you need to make every minute count!

    London King's Cross railway station: King's Cross is the southern terminus of the East Coast Main Line, providing high speed inter-city services to Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland. Virgin Trains East Coast is the main inter-city operator with destinations including Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh. Other inter-city operators serving the station include Hull Trains and Grand Central. King's Cross is also a terminus for Great Northern which provides commuter services to North London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Norfolk. Immediately to the west across Pancras Road is St Pancras International, the London terminus of Eurostar services to continental Europe.

    London Euston railway station: is the southern terminus of the West Coast Main Line, the busiest intercity passenger route in Britain and the main gateway from London to the West Midlands, the North West, North Wales and parts of Scotland. Virgin Trains provides high-speed intercity services to these regions. Its most important long-distance destinations are Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. Euston is also the London terminus for London Midland trains providing local commuter and regional services via the WCML from London to Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire as well as long-distance services to the West Midlands county, Staffordshire and Cheshire.     ATOC - National Rail Enquires
    Rail services are now far more accessible than they were in the past and many disabled people are able to use the rail network without assistance.

    We will always do our best to help disabled passengers that need assistance, but if you need help when travelling by rail, it is best to book assistance in advance so that we can ensure that any help you may need is provided.

    In particular, we would recommend that you book assistance if you:

    • Have a mobility or other disability that means you find getting on and off trains difficult;
    • Are a wheelchair user (on most services you will need to use a boarding ramp and, on some services reserve a wheelchair space on the train service you wish to use);
    • Are a mobility scooter user (there are restrictions on different train operators which need to be checked, a boarding ramp will be required and possibly a reservation for the space onboard).
    • Have a sight impairment and need guiding around a station or help boarding and alighting from your train;
    • Have difficulty walking long distances – at some stations we can provide a station wheelchair or, at some larger stations, access to an electric buggy.

    We recommend that you book help 24 hours before you travel. This enables us to: give you as much information as possible before your travel; make alternative arrangements for you if the station is not step free or not staffed at the time you wish to travel; and ensure that there are enough staff for all the assistance requests at a station. Overall, this allows us to provide you with the best possible assistance on the day.
