There are more than 70 Eurail Aid Offices in Europe. They can assist you when there are problems with the Passes, such as improperly issued or validated or incorrect information on the Pass. You can also contact these offices if you believe you have received incorrect treatment or information. You will also find a list of aid offices published in the Eurail Traveler's Guide that you receive together with your pass.
