Fares, Promotions, & Conditions

Important: Tickets and reservations should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
When you complete the checkout process, the charge authorization will be in hold. We only will charge your booking when the booking have been completed. If for any reason, we are not able to confirm your booking, we will send you alternatives or a booking cancelation.

DB Bahn - Germany Train Tickets - Terms and Conditions:
a) Adult Fares and Children Fares: The train tickets include the seat reservations.
Children fare are valid for persons under 15 years old. Children under 6 years old travel free.
80% refundable up to 3 days before the travel date. Exchangeable at train station before the printed trip date.

b) Promotional Fares:
Save 20% of regular fares.
Tickets should be booked at least 7 days in advance and are suject to availability. No refundable. No exchangeable.

c) Seat Reservations (Passholder fare): Requires a valid rail pass. We only can book it for travelers who have purchased their rail passes through our company.
No refundable. No exchangeable.

d) All tickets are subject to confirmation. The tickets have a variable horizon for booking, normally 60 to 90 days within trip date. A booking confirmation will be sent as soon as the booking have been processed.

d) All fares are per person in US Dollars, subject to to change before the booking processing

e) E-tickets: The way for retrieve or use instructions will be sent with the booking confirmation by email. The tickets should be printed at home as instructed in booking confirmation.

f) Physical Tickets: The tickets are sent by FedEx, with the selected shipping option to the informed shipping address.

g) Tickets Protection: An good option for you travel in peace in mind. Reimbursement and General rules as described at General Terms and Conditions.

h) Handling fee: all bookings are subject to US$ 8 handling fee

InterCity Express Trains: Classes and Services

1st Class Travel: A quiet atmosphere, ample space and comfortable seating await you on board our IC services – ideal for working or relaxing

In 1st Class you can use your time constructively by preparing for a business meeting or use the time simply to relax. If you want to take the opportunity to work while travelling, there is a desk available at your seat that can be used for business activities between your destinations. The spacious and comfortable seating offers lots of legroom and ample distance from your neighbours.

Many seats have laptop power points and specially designated areas provide interference-free enhanced mobile phone reception. Watch out for the mobile phone symbols in the carriages.

Quiet zones are reserved for passengers who want to travel in peace. Experience the feeling of being personally attended to in 1st class. Our specially designated staff are there to welcome you with a smile and help you with any questions you may have regarding your seat or luggage.

On Board Catering

DB Bahn restaurant cars and catering on board are developing the quality and variety of cuisine available on high-speed networks. Sip a beer or enjoy a French gourmet cheese platter while travelling to your destination. ICE trains , some EC trains and most IC trains have a bistro offering light snacks and meals. A wide selection of hot and cold drinks are also available. On many trains, the staff also serve passengers with light snacks and drinks at their seats.
