A Club Class (1st class) cabins are equipped with one (Single or Double) and everything you need to ensure your comfort (independent air-conditioning, wake-up call service) and security (magnetic key, on-board staff).
The toilets are located at the ends of each coach.
In the morning, you will be invited to have breakfast in the train’s restaurant: the 5 star breakfast (not included).

Fares, Promotions, & Conditions
Fares per person. 90% refundable up to 3 days before trip date. Physical tickets should be returned to the issue office. Can be exchanged at train station before printed trip date.

E-tickets are processed and the booking details & confirmation is sent by Email. Then, the tickets can be printed at home or retrieved at train station.
Printed tickets are processed, printed and sent by Fedex.

Lost & Found
As a general rule, any personal belongings found in the train will be deposited at the destination station (terminus) of the Trenhotel.
To find out if your personal belonging has been collected, please contact the corresponding station, specifying the following information:
-Date of travel, origin and destination.
-Train, car and seat
- As much information as possible about the most notable features of the lost object. In the event that this particular item contained inside other items (luggage, handbags, wallets, purses, etc.) you should enumerate those objects.

Passenger needing help to access and walk along the station or to get on and down the train, because you have a disability* or difficulty to walk*, Elipsos Trenhotel has at your disposal a free of charge and personalized assistance service, exclusively at stations.
To request this service, please contact the lending company, once you have purchased your ticket, within at least 48 hours in advance before your trip.
